What this site is
This website is a concept preview: a design proposal prepared for 86Borders by an independent web team. It is not affiliated with 86Borders and is not its official website. It is kept out of search engines.
What the contact form collects
If you use the form on the contact page, it sends what you type: your name, email address and message and, if you add them, your title and organization. The form is meant for health-plan staff. Please do not send member health information.
Where your message goes
Your message is delivered by email, through a relay service, to the team that built this preview, not to 86Borders. Nothing you send is stored in a database; it is kept only as an email in that inbox.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. To do that, Cloudflare receives a challenge token and your IP address.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes each request, including your IP address and basic request details, to deliver the pages and keep them secure.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or social media trackers. Cloudflare may set essential security cookies. If you choose a language or dismiss the language suggestion, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third-party services.
Asking about a message
To ask about or remove a message you sent through this preview, send a note through the same form saying so. It reaches the same team.
